Acquisitions & Development Projects
Our first major European project was originated in December 2016 and required 2 years of negotiations resulting in a successful acquisition by our chosen operator with total investor profits projected well in excess of €1 billion. The project horizontal infrastructure is completed and the vertical development is advancing rapidly reflecting the carefully considered initial programming and resultant high sales velocity.
International expansion in to the U.S. followed with the acquisition in 2021 of 5 separate properties to form a 1,400 acre ranch property consented for the development of over 600 luxury units. Subsequently re-imagined with a hotel scheme, branded residential and two 18-hole golf courses along with a full amenity package.
In 2022 the Reserve at Lake Keowee private gated community was successfully acquired in a complex transaction. The project is situated in South Carolina across a beautiful 4,000 acre setting and is consented for 1,400 units. It was subsequently repositioned, masterplanned for further phases and sold to an UHNWI and member.

The CostaTerra Project was originated in late 2016 and masterplanned as a low density, high value ultra-luxury private gated community of 300 private villas. Acquired by our preferred operator in 2018.
Acquired in 2021, the project consists of 1,400 acres. A masterplanned private gated community planned with over 600 luxury homesites and two 18-hole golf courses.
Acquired in 2022, a remarkable private gated community across 4,000 acres with over $120 million of infrastructure in place.
